1 General Terms and Conditions

bjdb is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bjdb and its users ("you" or "member"). These Terms apply to the bjdb website (https://bjdb.cam), its mobile version, and all services provided.

By accessing this platform or using its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. bjdb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services at bjdb, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must provide your true identity and accurate information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited.
• You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number that can be verified.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be located in Bangladesh.

If any information provided at the time of registration changes, you must notify the bjdb support team immediately. bjdb will not be held responsible for any complications arising from incorrect information.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjdb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time if required. As part of the verification process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie with your face visible
• Any government-issued document as proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

bjdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal facilities until identity verification is complete. This is a necessary step for the security of all members.

3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to protect the security of your bjdb account. Please always keep the following in mind:

• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify bjdb support immediately.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.

In the event of unauthorized access to your account, bjdb will make every effort to assist; however, bjdb will not be directly liable for third-party misuse if the user has not taken adequate precautions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bjdb supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200.
• Deposits must be sent from a payment method registered under the same account holder's name as the bjdb account.
• Depositing through a third party or under someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• If a deposited amount does not appear in your account due to a technical issue, please contact support with proof of the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• bjdb reserves the right to temporarily hold any unusual withdrawal request for review.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bjdb offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. All such offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bjdb offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳10,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳15,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

bjdb offers weekly cashback to its loyal members across four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Advancement to each VIP tier depends on overall gaming activity, loyalty to the platform, and regular participation. The detailed terms of VIP membership will be communicated separately.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

bjdb may from time to time offer special promotions for events, cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), festivals, and other occasions. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on bjdb are conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. The following gaming rules must be strictly followed:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.
• Players are strictly prohibited from exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or any other improper method to gain an advantage.
• If any issue arises due to a network disruption during a game, it will be resolved based on the system logs.
• All information and instructions displayed within a game must always be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bjdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If the account is found to be involved in prohibited activities.
• By order of a court or law enforcement agency.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed (except in cases of fraud).

9 Limitation of Liability

bjdb provides its services on an "as is" basis. bjdb will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection failure or technical error.
• Server downtime of third-party game providers.
• Unexpected natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Account damage caused by the user's own negligence.
